Was just about to post the same thing! Tried it once, but couldn’t stand the smell, so back it went. In fact, although I only used it for a few days before returning it, I didn’t think it was very nice anyway, skin didn’t feel particularly moisturised or comfortable, certainly not worth the high price.

I just know Alexis will be referring to the Immortelle serum as a natural alternative to retinol and it’s not true, it cannot have the same effect on the skin, I find it as annoying as Botox in a bottle.

I remember way back when it was first launched, L'Occitaine had a thing online, and you did a quiz to see which cream was for you? You got a little pot, I think 8 or 10 MLS? I got the Divine, it was a nice cream did nothing and the smell was meh.

I had a bundle of Immortelle to use up: Cleansing balm, eye cream, oil, moisturiser and serum. Have to say my skin looks very very good fresh, plumped and moisturised. Wouldn't buy it now as I have a huge stash of other brands to use up. But a nice range. I will add I dont have lined aged skin so..

they tried a set once but it wasnt a tsv or big deal & was in clearence within a few weeks & took a big discount to sell so that says not to even try it again

Agree, although I never buy L'Occitane anyway (except a couple of small things for gifts). Beauty TSVs are becoming unaffordable really so I'm quite picky now about what I go for. I used to buy them all but that's not possible these days.
