I can only say for one factory that supplies 4 of the beauty brands...the factory get all the returns back. If it's a TSV they start arriving in the factory 2 weeks after launch usually. Then they trickle in for a while. Other items come back on a regular basis. Often the goods are untouched.

I'm watching the repeat on Beauty Channel now and OmG she looks awful! I'm one of the few who actually likes Alison, but blimey she looks sick. Terrible pallor huge black bags and that outfit reminds me of Prison Cell Block H. Her skin looks purple! Hope she's okay.
