Actually, £4.90 was the original price of the box of 10 Christmas (in July) Crackers in which this was one of the contents.

Frank Usher brand is actually owned by Roman Originals. They bought it when Usher went into administration in 2011. The Christodoulou family own Roman, Frank Usher and a couple of other brands. I`ve never bought clothing or accessories from Q so if anybody is into Frank Usher stuff then check the Roman Originals site for the identical items probably cheaper and they usually have discount codes floating around online too and its free delivery.
