Anyone waiting for LG's TSV?

Ive had a letter saying there was a quality issue with some of the stock....... If they don't get more stock in 30 days they will cancel the order...... This is my first dabble into Laura gellar make up - obviously destined not to try it!

the TSV turned up last wednesday but the lip glosses, ordered at the same time, finally arrived today

I rang CS & was informed it was still showing as "in transit", over a week it's been showing that.

I used the Elemis £5 voucher on it too so if it is cancelled that will have been wasted.
You just can't rely on delivery can you? Even though you're charged for what should be a first class service.
Some vet meds I ordered for one of my dogs, later than the TSV, came the very next day, free P&P.
