Reference those sachets of flavoured liquid with collagen that were a recent TSV. You can make your own collagen by boiling fish bones or beef bones and drinking it as bouillon or use it as a basis for a soup. Marine collagen is obtained from fish skin and other forms of collagen are derived from cow or pig skin. Preparing beef bouillon is a much cheaper way to go and on a cold day, you can always add a shot of vodka to make it into a 'bullseye' - a mid-morning drink. (If all this is common knowledge, I apologise. It's all new to me.)
