Can a nail varnish be Noncommital??

The Nails Inc trailer is annoying me very much.

Think it's Heather that is doing the promo and makes the statement about the brand being 'noncommital'

Anyone else noticed it? It's bugging the hell out of me !

I take it as they have a broad spectrum of colours to satisfy your every whim, so you do not have to be committed to one colour, another selling strategy, buy them all! :devil:

It's non committal in that if you don't like it you can remove it I think is what she's getting at.
