Oh yeah I redeemed two passports last year - one for me and another for my sister. So we should be hearing from them as well. I had forgotten about it.

My last email was in November said I would hear back by today.

In the coming weeks, you will receive an email detailing how many products you are eligible to receive as well as how you can redeem your products through our website. We are going to send these emails out in batches, in a staggered approach - so please bear with us while we do so.




The latest date you will receive your email is the 31st December 2021.​

“All eligible customers that we had email addresses for have been contacted. If you can provide your postal address and can run searches and see if you qualify.”

Gave them my address & 4 products to be redeemed.
