Help Support ShoppingTelly:

Mr Hancox, who joined the company in November 2008, has led a turnaround in fortunes after Ideal Shopping shares slumped to 21.5p in March 2009 and following losses of £13.2 million for trading in 2008.

Ideal's problems stemmed from IT systems that were "not wholly fit for purpose" while Mr Hancox also criticised a lack of variety in its schedules.

Wow, in the three years he's been with them he's done such a good job of improving the variety in the schedules hasn't he?

Also £77.9 million of that £78 million profit is from disgruntled callers ringing the premium rate telephone numbers to complain and try and get items redelivered or cancelled...so...:giggle:

And they made no mention of inferior presenters,or dumb looking and sounding guests,or crap products,or or or.Lack of variety?? Thats the one.We need different kind of crap and tat.Too much of the same tat.You need tat diversity.
