Perhaps other U.S guests are still waiting (and have aged 10 years) in the queues at Heathrow - then trying to retrieve their luggage which they find is on another plane back to the U.S !

I thought she was Europe based too - she is often on QVC Italy and Germany as well as UK and thought she said she lived in London. But she may have moved back to USA I guess?
