P and P refund

Anyone else having problems getting the original postage back when you have used the statutory right to cancel?

I always email before I send back to say I am using this right and to ensure p and p is refunded but once I get the refund (which takes so long these days) the p and p isn’t included. I then I have to email to remind them.

Getting quite tedious

QVC always tried to dodge the P&P refund even when they are in the wrong, making you jump through hoops to get it.
