I have received a reply from the Operations Director for Gems TV:

"I can confirm that that Personal Shoppers are authorised to offer 15% discount during our current promotion.

There may have been some miscommunication somewhere - as a 15% discount is automatically added to all orders during the promotion."

Thank you for finding this information out Graham, but I do know the names of the personal shoppers I spoke to and they said no discount so makes me think they have changed there policy on this because two different personal shoppers said this and I don't believe they both on different days would give out the wrong information, maybe it's something to do with being caught out over this? doesn't fill me with much confidence with gemstv though

Thank goodness for that - at least I can stop worrying they're going to claim my discount back as an error!
