QVC site product/word searches

I am mystified as to how the product searches work on QVC I bought the pan below which is described as "cook's essentials Stainless Steel Ultra 24cm Everyday Pan"

If I search for 'Stainless Steel Ultra' no sign of it, if I search for Cook's essentials -no sign of it, neither with "* steel ultra *". I am searching to find other similar pans in the range as it is particulary good and I want to see what else is on offer.

There seems to be no logic to the searches at all. Any ideas

hmmm i was expecting a more refined search..... too many items returned in your search. don't understand why the qvc searches are so bad.

i agree ils. a couple days ago i was searching for a laura geller item that had been on the previous day. i tried every possible combination of words and also just 'laura geller'. in the end, i googled it and clicked on the qvc link that came up in google. totally ridiculous.
