Wrong Item Received - Beauty Day Meltdown

The Beauty Day fiasco continues. Anyone else receive the wrong item? I ordered a Gatineau collection and received a box of L'Occitane soaps. Fifty quid for a box of bliddy soap! I'm absolutely furious. I have been looking for an excuse to ditch QVC because I'm absolutely sick of their incompetence. Needless to say, I demanded my prepaid label.

I didn't order anything but really hope you get correct order soon.
Do you know what annoys me the most is all the bloomin form filling they make you do before they sort anything out. It's their fault when the orders go wrong or don't arrive not ours. They should be bending over backwards to get it sorted out quickly.
