In addition to the usual bugbears about the new website I'd like to add that for the past 2+ weeks I haven't been able to make a specific search though my order history. Any attempt to search for a particular item or order number is met with the following message "We are currently experiencing some problems with the system." :mysmilie_10:

It's as though they work tirelessly to come up with new, small-but-nonethless-annoying irritations but don't make any attempt to fix the on-going niggles. :angry:

Sort it QVC! It's starting to p!ss me off! :mysmilie_365:


PS why can't we search through the website (especially the Clearance section) by size. It was really useful and time-saving on the old website! :mysmilie_455:
 
Yep, same here. Plus, when I rang customer services with a query about an item I had bought, I was told the operators can now only access the past 12 months history and they would have to liaise with another dept and ring me back, which to be fair, they did.
