Have a look online, in your account and see when the item was dispatched! And also give QVC Customer Services a call Ive had 2 things umm lost by the couriers!:mad:

They have found out that its still in the Couriers Depot. 11 Days after QVC dispatched it.. I wonder if the original one is still in there, unless it went "walkies"!
