    Gail's Gnocchi

    Air fried gnocchi is a game changer - absolutely delicious! Crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, the only way I cook gnocchi now. Admittedly not the Italian way though!

    Yes same way! I just leave the crumpets a bit longer to soak up the egg through the holes and prod the bottom with a fork so that both sides soak it up :D
