Well something has shaken them up. I took two (faulty) items..two separate packages, to the post office Tuesday, and the refund was advised on Friday!!!! Now waiting to see how long it takes to get back in my bank account...

I haven't got the strength of trip for the Dyson so my air ram was brilliant...but only bought that after our Miele (animal one, can't remember the model)...eventually died) and lugging that up three sets of stairs had become ON task, not mine!! The 30 days is not there for nowt...try it out.

Although my last house was a large Victorian terrace with high ceilings, it didn't have a garden and Peony flowers were just the thing. Now I've moved to a 1960's semi with low ceilings and a huge garden...they have been relegated to the loft for the time being.
