I was in a bit of a battle with Q over something. I forget which one that time. I was told the whole system was being changed and exciting new systems being introduced. Very "watch this space and stay with us". This was a good while before the refund of the excess on returns postage. I don't see any difference in the system now to five, or ten years ago.
I went to the outlet in Shrewsbury, blinking 'eck, some very good bargains there. But.... Some returns, and so much cheap crappy fabric. Cuddle cuds going bobbly.
Shame Shrewsbury closed. As a trip to the outlet store should be on every customers to do list. When I saw a long brown stain on some cozee home bedding, I even felt sorry for Q returns department. I'll leave you to figure out what I thought it was.
