Does anyone know what became of Steve A. I only 'found' GTV a few months before he seemed to leave under a cloud. Everything seemed to go downhill after that, and of late refuse to buy anything from them and am glad they are no longer on Freeview. I liked Steve and hope he is thriving elsewhere. Any ideas?:33:

I seem to remember he left for personal reasons, i think his daughter was ill and he needed to spend more time with her but couldn't with all the hours he was working (behind the scenes he was away a lot he even replied to one of my emails once from an airport!), but have no idea what hes up to now!

I do not know why he went, i think it was a very sad day when he left gems, he had brillaint presenter skills, and the thing is, he did really make me laugh, always put a smile on my face, and made me have the most lustful thoughts all at the same time :1: Mind you, i have noticed that some of the presenters have disappeared without a bye or leave, there is emma and ali, i felt awful as i didnt realise ali had left for a few months, i thought she was away on holiday. I like emma. I think my two favourites are Scott, and Fiona - and i never once clicked that they were seeing each other.
 
Emma went to RocksTV, but has since left to start a graphic design business I believe, Caroline and Ruth are at Rocks & Co.

I do like Scotty, but of late, he's reminded me of a market stall trader, you know the type of thing, "we usually sell this for £xxxxx, but today, because it's you, I'll let you have it for the bargain price of £XX". I wish he'd stop, because he does make me laugh, and I think that he and Fi are a perfectly matched couple. I like Fi, her orgiastic ooooooooing and ahhhhhhing always made me laugh.

PPC, you greedy mare, isn't it about time you let the poor man come up for air, and let someone else have the pleasure :lol:

i googled him..and he'd left to go and work in a pr consultancy business. This was about 12 months ago though so things may have changed.

Taking the idea from your post Moonie, I googled Steve Ashton and this thread was the second entry listed..........:eek:

See post 13 for Steve's reply last August.

He also has a mention in Wikipedia
