Well I hope you are a million miles wrong then!! I will never watch a channel who employ that woman - she is the worst presenter ever seen on any television channel in my opinion.

Apart from anything else, she sat on Gems TV declaring their range to be the best ever then moved to Rocks & Co and now Gems are carp and Rocks & Co are the best ever. So what's next? Moving to TJC and declaring Gems TV & Rocks & Co to be carp and TJC to be the best ever?!! She has no scrupples and no conscience whatsoever - continually telling viewers that the Tanzanite ring she bought (obviously from Gems TV) is so rubbish she can't wear it yet she sat on screen, gasping and panting and getting people to part with their hard earned cash to buy Gems TV's fantastic Tanzanite!!

If Caroline Lindsay gets a job on TJC then they would be off their heads - fortunately I don't believe TJC are so I do think (and hope) you are very wrong!

Must point out that I'm not a fan of Caz either, I always remember her on Gems being the only one for months on months who needed to have a MASSIVE ring binder folder on the counter with gems notes that she use to read out when they were showing a close up of the item.

It would be nice to see some presenters who haven't been round the bend on every other jewellery channel...
 
Caz Lindsay has just annouced she is leaving Rocks and Co on the 30th December - email in she said, if you want to know where she is going next...

Wonder how that will work if she does come to TJC, since some of the presenters have copied her fainting and her shocked looks (know she isnt the only on that does that, so they could say they were copying anyone) but ... would be interesting to see if she is still as animated with real gold weights and great tanzanite etc ...

If Caroline "I can sell insurance" Lindsay joins TJC I will be switching off immediately. She is to selling jewellery what strychnine is to rats.

Hopefully TJC have more sense (as they've obviously recruited John Scott).

Mind you, I still think she's missed her vocation in life - with a mouth like hers she should definitely be a model for blow up dolls :mysmilie_17:
 
Poor Caroline, whilst I'm not a fan of histrionics when selling jewellery, having met her at GTV, she's a really nice lady. There are others on TJC who I'd happily see her replace:mysmilie_697:
 
Hope it's not Caroline (although there have been occasions when she has been very pleasant to watch) but I think Caroline & John (Scott) are friends of old so maybe she is going to TJC. If it is Caroline, I hope she drastically changes her presenting style!
 
Perhaps if it is her, she won't have to resort to the theatricals in order to sell the jewellery, the quality of it will do it for her:mysmilie_697:

I'm with you there, Beady Mad... the histrionics indeed are not her best feature, but at least when she uses long words she knows what they mean!
 
Hi Gals,just caught C Lindsay as I was flicking channels and she said she was leaving R&c but would soon be popping up somewhere else with John Scott. I guess that's it then for TJC.
Bliddy woman is totally unwatchable.
Most of their presenters are pretty good, Chloe gets in the t*ts with constant rabbit about celebrities but she is still a ton better than CL.
Don't they read the forums and take notice of what their customers think?

Well I just hope CL is experienced enough to adapt her selling technique to a far superior set up than the one she's been used to, or she will be a huge turn off for me too.
