Thank You! I was just wondering how you knew Itchy, but then remembered I mentioned it on a thread on the general forum, lovely of you to start the thread, thank you! I have to say 65 doesn't feel a great deal different from 64, but I've had a lovely day, I had a box with a balloon and some mini goodies, flowers at the door, so many lovely cards and pressies, emails & texts - I've been spoiled rotten! It's my Dad's birthday today too - 88! And my OH's tomorrow, 66...expensive time!

Just to thank all of you - if I could send you a piece of cake I would do so! I had a fantastic 65th, everyone pushed the boat out and it was a wonderful day..we're out for a family lunch tomorrow just to round it all off so that will be nice...thank you again, particularly Itchy for starting the thread..

I was 50 this year and got sweet bog all. Even my own mother didnn't remember. If you did not send her a card, there would be war. Its great that you have a family who make a fuss of you.

No one in this household is allowed to forget my birthday. No way!
This year I've warned everyone that I will be in India when my birthday comes around in December so they'd best start thinking about it before I go.
I even give helpful suggestions lol
