I will go for it on easy pays. I have loads of neroli so I'll go for the rose this time. As my skin drinks in the oils/balms I really can't not buy it (excuses, excuses lol). That's it though, no more liz earle, alpha h, molton brown or any other beauty until the stash is used up.

Yeah right........

Yeah right........

I know what you're thinking and yes, you are right to doubt me! Mr CC is dissuading me from buying as we speak. "You don't need it". Nor did I need the curly wurly I just scoffed but I still ate it (how SMALL are CW's now??)

You know who we have to blame for that...(Br*xit**rs:down:)

Well I almost succumbed but just as I was about to confirm my order it didn't specify the option I'd gone for and given the previous comments about Neroli being very limited, I cancelled. Sale lost but I'm sure it will be someone else's gain.

how does anyone find the neroli oil? I remember it was super, but think that was in my 30's? So it had less work to do - Plus the formula may have changed when they re named it. My memories are of super.hydrated difference looking skin in the morning - I only used it at night.. I can't find the ingredients on the Dec website......:mysmilie_10:

AROMESSENCE NEROLI AMARA OIL SERUM

If you find item then click on “read more” it lists the ingredients at the bottom.

Full ingredients:

CORYLUS, AVELLANA SEED OIL / HAZELNUT SEED OIL, CITRUS AURANTIUM AMARA LEAF/TWIG OIL - BITTER ORANGE LEAF/TWIG OIL, FUSANUS SPICATUS, WOOD OIL, LINALOOL, JUNIPERUS, COMMUNIS FRUIT OIL, CITRUS, AURANTIUM AMARA FLOWER OIL / BITTER ORANGE FLOWER OIL, LIMONENE, SALVIA SCLAREA OIL / CLARY OIL, FARNESOL, CITRUS AURANTIUM DULCIS (ORANGE) PEEL OIL, GERANIOL, CITRAL, TOCOPHEROL

Neroli is not my favourite. I much prefer Iris and Mandarine although you don't see the Mandarine much. I have very dry skin so the Iris suits me better and I use the balm at night and the oil during the day. I still haven't bought the TSV yet, might wait and see the presentation.

This may sound like a silly question but do the Decleor rose products smell heavily of rose? I don't like strongly fragrance skincare, and rose is one of my least favourite scents.

Not at all!! I hate rose scented shower gels, candles etc....but Decleor Rose is nothing like those rose scents have used it for years and love it!!!

I use the micellar water that contains rose and I feel its really delicately nicely fragranced

In response to the rose oil being rosey (I fgt to quote)

Not at all. You probably wouldn't know it was rose if it wasn't labelled as such. It's a very nice oil. Fiona will no doubt oversell though, so watch out!

Alpha H do a clay cleanser with fruit acids one of the best of its type ever. mix a tiny amount with tap water apply to skin wash off. fab!

Many thanks for all the responses; I've used the Decleor micellar water and it's one of the few M waters I rate and agree there's no over-powering rose scent.

The Elemis one is awful IMHO and the supersize I got in a set a couple of years ago languished unused until it started to smell weird so I chucked it out. I still wouldn't expect any micellar to fully cleanse with a couple of cotton pads but still find them handy - particularly for mascara boo-boos and racoon-eyes.

Tempted by the TSV so I'm off to Lidl for a reality check to see what £75.91 will buy there instead!

I'm surprised Decleor haven't brought out a cleansing balm, like the Elemis and Emma Hardie ones.
It is the perfect sort of range to have one of those.

Agreed... saw online presentation, first thing that came to mind was too much faffing about
( sorry that was reply to sisterbliss... that’s what I get for skiving at work)

I don't rate their miceller water, surprisingly I find it drying.
The only product I'm interested in is the eye product, but I can't justify it with my stash still to be eroded.
