Haven't watched much craft lately but when I have tuned in not seen Deano,has he left? Don't enjoy the Dawn Bibby shows any more because she is usually on her own,loved it when Deano was on with her. We don't see enough of Leonie these days either. Can't change header but should say Deano.

If you return an item for a different size or colour but the same item number,you are not charged p&p on the second one,it is just sent back to you using the credit from the original order.

Just watched him with the TSV and could not believe what he is wearing,his jacket looks too tight and his trousers look like a pair of too short jogging bottoms that I wouldn't let my husband wear around the house,let alone appear on TV in.What was he thinking.....

They were very generous with the gifts given for Comic Relief but as the goodies were all laid out on a table they must have been expecting them.Great laugh though and hope it raises loads of money.

They will ring you when they receive your signed declaration form back just in case your parcel has arrived and to check if you want a replacement or refund,if you haven't had a call from them by weekend ring the CS and ask them to check for you.

Unless you have lots of returns on your account that you have sent back yourself ,then one order that has been refunded through not being delivered will not make QVC send you "the letter".

Just wondering why it is so important for the status to be changed,the item has been "returned" by the courier and your payment has been "returned " to you,they probably just have one status for returns no matter how it gets back to them.

yes you can,just ask the rep to hold the order for you for 10 days and you just ring back when you want to put it on your card.

I believe it is 5-7 working days for food items that are sent direct despatch.

while I understand what you mean about overkill,surely nobody spends the whole day watching QVC anyway,do they???? I mean there are other channels to watch,other things to do so why would you watch 16 hours on 1 channel.I pick and choose the programmes I want to watch or record if they clash...
