i tried this once direct from diet chef, and the soups were absolutely horrible, i rang them up to say i wanted to return it and they said ok but you have to pay the postage, it was about 15 quid, so i just chucked the stuff inthe bin, and vowed never again!!

oh no it better had, if its broken that will be the last time i buy from qvc cos my last few purchases have all been rubbish and i really think they arent as good as they used to be.

Update on this i rang again yesterday and complained saying it was for xmas and they have given in and have re sent me the item and i have to post the non receipt back when i get it but i will get the bag for xmas yipeeee:)

i ordered this when it was on as the pick of the day, as anyone received this yet as i have not !!! :(

i ordered the butler and wilson skull bag for a present for my niece for xmas, its been lost and now after ringing twice i have still not received the non receipt declaration letter, they have now said i have to wait until upto 22nd december to receive the non receipt letter, what good is that...

they are saying at the moment they have only received 2 items back not 3, so i have to wait 21 days

hi no i did not put any sticker on the special deivery envelope i just addressed it to qvc returns liverpool and postcode, then each item inside was wrapped in the envelope they were received in with the returns sticker for each on their respective envelopes

i never look at the return sticker i just stick it on the parcel

I am so angry, i returned three items to qvc last week all individually wrapped with invoices and stickers attached inside one special delivery envelope, they have received the 2 cheap pieces of makeup back, but funnilly the 50 quid ring they havent got!!! i am fuming!!
