Hhmm.... If we need to use 2 bottles before we see a result maybe the MBG should be extended to 60 days! Especially if we are expected to spend that amount of money.

I've had the same experience! The P&P charges particularly for jewellery is a joke. I've brought rings from QVC and have been charged anywhere from £2.95 - £4.95 and they are always sent in the same box and cardboard envelope - so why the big difference in p&p! Seriously they need to sort it out.

Result! I contacted QVC this morning and they have said they will refund the £13 difference back to my credit card. Just wanted to say thanks for your suggestion to contact them. I am glad i spotted it there! :hi:

I have the ring already so will probz be sending it back. Do you think there is any point in contacting them about it?
