Adrienne was on doing a demo of a pan and seemed really embarrassed to have burnt her Yorkshire pud :eek: a bit later there was a weird American guy with very strange hair demoing a 500 series set,he looked a bit like this Adrienne came back on burnt pud in hand looking very uncomfortable around him ???
 
I only saw a few minutes of this show and wondered why they needed 3 people to sell pans. I think Adrienne would do ok on her own.
 
cleasby was on this afternoon with the american and she made a right cock up of the demo for magic bullet rip off gadget. parmesan cheese didnt chop, pastry didnt go into the crumb stage, she made some kind of sauce with milk and cheese which she put in the microwave, poured it over pasta and it was still like milk with lumps of crap in it... looked disgustin'

even jill franks was looking increasingly doubtful and most things go totally over her head.

i wonder if the yank is some CE bigwig and cleasby is nervous about her job?

Yes I noticed she burned something today and she cooked a steak, dished it up and Franks just had to cut into it, well it was raw not rare but raw:eek:
If she is worried about her job then after todays fiasco she may have reason
to.

I saw that - great lumps left un-chopped- quickly glossed over and on to the next demo. Patently doesn't work, but Cleasby uses it every day to make smoothies and soup - oh yeah! I don't think integrity is a word she is familiar with. QVC need to give her the chop asap. :p
 
glory be, she made the same mistake in the evening show too! poured out a "sauce" that was the consistency of milk and at the end a big chunk of non-processed cheese dropped out!

and cleasby and keenan SHOUTING over eachother constantly. i had to switch over, but not before i heard keenan mislead people yet again over the CE guarantee which does NOT cover a handle dropping off!
