Very annoying! I remember when they did a Philosophy skincare TSV and the pot of moisturiser had a massive air bubble in the middle. I didn't complain but have never bought the brand again.

    Gosh that's terrible quality control.

Mazza, if anything like that happens again, call CS and suggest they at least refund your postage, if not a partial credit. I received a Judith Williams set in which a product had leaked slightly. Q couldn't or wouldn't send an individual item from a set to replace it but instead wanted the whole lot back in order to send me a new set, so refunding the 5 or 6 P&P worked out better for us both.

Oh good idea. That didn't occur to me as I thought it would be all or nothing on the return front and couldn't be bothered to deal with it! So I just thought sod it, and carried on using it, but as I say I have never bought their stuff again.

I watched the presentation of the TSV at midnight, mainly to see if there was any helpful discussion of how to use the Collagen Bomb and Complexion Cocktail, as we have been discussing both on here. Sadly, I learnt very little! The whole thing, between Lulu and Jill F, was all over the place. They plunged headlong into it at the off, both gabbling at ten to the dozen and jumping around from one thing to another instead of talking us through each item in a logical order of how you might use it, for example. To be fair to Jill (maybe she had someone shouting in her earpiece), in between slapping half a tube of everything on the back of her giant left hand, she did try to bring it back on track a couple of times by saying, "Tell us about the cleanser", etc. Lulu really struggled, though. I am not entirely sure she knows the products, which is surprising in view of the fact we could be misled into thinking she co-developed the range ("we tried this" and "we went back and added that"....). I have to admit she's not a bad "face" of the brand, however much is due to surgery or other procedures. I'm sure many, many people will look at her, turning 70 next year, and think Time Bomb is worth a try.

Having slagged off the show, I confess I did buy the TSV! Ha ha! It wasn't a great presentation but I wasn't watching to help me decide about buying it.

Lulu was on with Clare Sutton earlier. CS was so OTT, loud and talking while Lulu was trying to present the products that she stopped talking and let CS get on with it, she looked less than pleased. Of course Clare didn't carry on for long because without Lulu's commentary she ran out of things to say !

Lulu is on with Debbie Flint now and say what you will about Debbie, she knows her products and lets the guests talk.

There were some adverse FB posts about JF talking over Lulu at the launch.

I have watched the midnight presentation of the TSV this morning and they said concerning the order of the products that you are supposed to use the cocktail after cleansing with the Time Bomb cleanser, followed by the Collagen Bomb and a moisturiser. Of course, the neck and jaw cream speaks for itself.:-)
In case you are using a cleanse-tone-moisturise regime from a different brand, the cocktail is to be slotted in after your regular toner and before a serum (Collagen Bomb or whatever you are using). They say so within the first couple of minutes.:-)

Have you seen the two One Time Onlys? I think the TSV is much better value.

I watched the video of the launch & have to say I don't think either of them are much of an advert for the brand, supposing they do actually use it.
Lulu used to look ok, surgery I know but her skin looked good, but I thought she's looking rather raddled now. Showing through the makeup there are definite big brown blotches on her cheeks, especially the right one, too big to be freckles & her skin is slackening now.
I know women in their seventies with much, much better looking skin. Several you'd never, ever believe are the age they are. They've all taken good care of their skin using HS products & no surgery, Botox or fillers.
Lulu dresses young & has her hair in a young style which helps convey a more youthful image than her skin looks if you look closely.
