She knows exactly what she's saying - I often find those saccharine sweet types have a very sour side to them. I've always felt she's a phoney Joanie.

Not suprised-doesnt come over as too bright to me. I haven't watched Q much lately and saw Claire Earlier this week after 30 secs of fake smiles,screeching and describing one item as "oh wowzers this is lush" I switched her off.
