Mike Hancox says Improving Service to Customers is key

Me too we got the little yellow steam cleaner it arrived in 7 days even with a bank holiday in there,the machine is excellent for the money and works very well.

My MoiraC POTD finally arrived after a fortnight - I phoned them rather than CS and was told that IW had taken over a week to send the orders to them!! And I thought POTD's were supposed to get out quickly!

I have to give a big vote of thanks to Mike Hancox and John Ackroyd at IW. When I emailed them with my complaint about the waterfall jacket and camisole they both responded directlly and I have had two very good phone calls with John who has sorted my problem and told me today that my camisole is in the post!

They were both very apologetic for the way things have gone and I am keeping my fingers crossed that they will pull the customer service team up to the level that customers actually deserve.
