I think you're mistaken misiuszka, MB are definitely BUAV approved and don't test on animals. In fact, I don't think they ever have from the first day they opened.

Thing is, with selling in China you have to dig deeper. If it's imported for sale in China, that's when the rules say to test on animals. If it's made in China, whether for export or to sell in China no testing is required.
