Many of the presenters, particularly Orange Head Will, Tight Sleeves Craigy, and Slimy Man Charlie put their hands together as if they were praying. This may be another of their 'slick' selling skills that implies their faith in the product. With this gesture, they are imploring, begging, praying for customers to put something in their baskets. Being hard-hearted toward QVC reps, I don't fall for it. Some people might say that they only do this because they don't know where to put their hands. I'm not buying that.
