Late last night Emma had the same fan on, and said it will be handy at some time this summer, which was more sensible

She said she and friends with for a Picnic the other week, and it rained on them
Yes, that's all you have to say. The weather in this country can be erratic, but when it gets hot it can be unbearable. So just say its a sensible thing to have so you're ready.

I would be more likely to buy when spoken to like that rather than screeching harpies or creepy men trying to terrify me like they're auditioning for a low budget Hammer House of Horrors movie (being made in Cricklewood not Hollywood).

Love the picnic story, I believe that!

Line it up with your Rolex!

This is Britain. It gets hot, it gets cold, it gets wet and then we might have a dry spell.

But using scare tactics and selling by weather forecast is loathsome and the worst culprits are the two Peters who egg each other on like schoolboys. It's a tired and tiresome act.

Jeremy and "expert" are flogging Heritors. I don't like any of the brands IW3 sell now. Nubeo, Earnshaw, Swan & Edgar, Flanders & Swan, Swan Vesta, William Hunt whatever.

Years ago I bought a Swiss Military Hanowa SeaLion from IW which still looks great and works perfectly. I wish they would go back to genuine quality and value.

The Heritor® watch show on Saturday evening with Pedro was off the scale in BS stakes. Absolute inane drivel which, to fresh ears, will sounds so knowledgeable and authentic. But to anyone who actually looks into it… as accurate as half the shonky far-east zombie-brand timepieces he sells are at keeping time!

He kept enthusing about how "unique" and "one of a kind" they are, "unlike anything else out there" whilst also saying — "I"M NOT COMPARIN' OKAY" — they look like a watch by Philippe Patek.

(Later Sally did the same thing while selling the "shoe" perfume, Perry at "The Scent Doctor" only creates one of kind fragrances she said, as we won't smell anything like it anywhere else. Strange, cost when Mike sells the show perfumes he tell us it was designed to be very, very similar to the expensive Gucci one us plebs can't afford).

But wow, Perdo's nonsense was put in the shade by trout-pout and her red-light baseball hats. She who clearly only uses Opatra™ products wink wink, advises women worried their hair has begun falling in clumps to avoid seeing a specialist to looking for an underlying (health) cause and instead buy her cap.

Her reasoning being — putting aside how off it is to suggest women showing a key symptom of a many serious health conditions ranging from malnutrition to thyroid disorders to issues with internal organs —that hair specialists (apparently your GP will send you to one) cost hundreds of pounds.

…Unlike her cap, which was £119 or something, a "massive saving on the RRP of £900".

Plus, it will—Sorry, it may help.

(Similar devices on AliExpress from £12.39).

Bit of trivia for you, some (just the "Swiss Made") of the Duchamp watches are made in the same facilities as the Swiss Military by Hanowa.

While i detest the Duchamp brand for their underhand marketing (Lies & Misinformation), some of their watches ("Swiss Made") will be of good quality in comparison to the normal offerings you mentioned from Ideal World, most of Duchamp watches are just copies of Roamer watches, which are also made in the same facility in Mendrisio. Of course the Duchamp "Swiss Movement" or "Swiss Design" watches are assembled in the Far East and are overpriced but still decent quality.
