Replacement faulty items postage question

I’ve received an item with a faulty pump, basically it won’t open! QVC have sent me a returns label to send the item back but I’m unsure if u want a replacement or simply a refund.

My questions are 1) if I have a replacement I assume that they will not charge me again for the postage to send the new item out?
And 2) if I have a refund should I get my original outward postage refunded?

If the item is faulty they should send you a full refund including the original P&P. However, they do takes ages to get the refund into your bank account so be prepared for a longer wait than you’d have with other retailers.

They probably will charge you P&P for the replacement.
