Retruns - grrrr!

Hi,

when the B&W shows were on, I ordered the coloured ball necklace. When it arrived, they had sent me the wrong one. I rang for a returns label, and returned it on the 27th August (I have the receipt from the PO).

Rang on Monday to enquire what was happening, and was told "oh, it normally takes 21 days for returns, but I will send you out a letter for you to claim it is lost in the post AND a replacement necklace". Fair enough, sounds good, I thought.

Yesterday got a call asking me to authorise a payment on my credit card.
"What For?"
"This ball necklace we are sending you"
"But its a replacement"
"Yes, but we still need to take the money"
"Oh, I DON'T think you do!"

Got CS involved, and was told necklace would be going out, and I didn't need to pay for it after all. Big of them.

Will see what turns up now (if anything).

They really have absolutely no idea what they are doing.
