Like so many others, I ordered 19cm and received 22cm, returned (was sent pre-paid label but sent it recorded as I get really frustrated having to wait for ages for 2nd class to arrive etc and it was so light it didn't cost much) - I requested an exchange and was given - a refund - of the full amount includimng p & p. I called CS to say I was disappointed and didn't want to have to re-order at full price. They assured me the tsv price would be honoured in the circumstances and put me on the waitlist - the order is showing as tsv price, but I really liked this one and wanted to keep it, what a c*** up!
