What is the point of asking a question?

Often I have posted a question about an item on QVC, usually a TSV. I naively thought that someone from QVC would answer the question soon enough to be able to buy the item, but in fact they mainly rely on the PUBLIC to answer, and in most cases they would have no hope of knowing eg the launch of a NEW electronics item.

Sometimes QVC do answer themselves, but long after the time for buying a TSV. So in reality there is no point in posting a question!

I emailed CS twice to ask about a new Bobbi Brown Kit that Sazza told us about on here and twice they told me the wrong info.

So I posted a question on QVCUK.com, but they rejected it because I said that CS had been unable to help.
