I have followed this thread and looked at the Facebook page in question. One thing I can't get my head round is how some people willingly and knowingly want to get ripped off and endure poor service and slow delivery times. May the " A fool and their money are easily parted! is true!
On Wednesday night I ordered some items from very small specialist book retailer. I got an email saying they had been despatched, they came this morning. 4 different items £3.95 postage.
Introduce a reward card. There must be many loyal and regular customers who have spent lots of money with QVC. They should get a little something back.
Just before Christmas I had to order a new desktop PC. I ordered it on a Thursday. By the following Tuesday it had been built, tested, run in and despatched. It arrived at my house on the following Tuesday!
I have the original version of this and it is excellent!. The screen is very good, and all the apps I have on it work really well. So, no complaints from me.
I won't comment on the fairy dust and all that. I must admit that Jennifer Kirk always came across as hard nosed business woman - not that there is anything wrong with that I hasten to add. She knew her market and what she was doing. I also got the impression that she would be hard to work with...
On the 5pm show, they were flogging the 4 piece Elasticiser product. The guest did the usual you can keep one at home, one for the gym - then said keep one on the other home you may have :mysmilie_13: I suppose if I have 2 spare homes I will have to order another set lol.
