We are all different. QVC US only rated it 2.5 stars with damning reviews tho which put me off :-( ps beauty bloggers often have a vested interest so I tend to trust the reviews!

I was so nearly tempted by this as a beauty junkie. However, search of reviews is very poor. Lip tech was not well received on QVC US and neither was the DNA. The powder reviews on Sephora are pretty bad also. Money safe to probably spend on the Philosophy TSV :-)

Well haven't tried these and prefer slanted tweezers. Have a pair of tweezerman but abandoned them in favour of the tweezers that came in the little mirrored compact from QVC. Best ever had and they pick up the shortest of hairs which coincidentally you can see in the magnified, lit mirror!

Pure and simple. Goods sold as new have to be in a new condition. Anything else and don't even bother complaining to QVC - report them to trading standards. I'm disgusted at the stories you're suggesting about earrings. If I chose to buy second hand earrings then I could go to Ebay....

Agreed. I have some lovely pieces from the past which were inexpensive and have been well worn and complimented.

I used this one for a while and then they bought out the beautiful white one which I couldn't resist so Ebayed the black one :D The white one is still used for storage and I use the mirror inside when drying my hair. Was going to mention this one earlier but was not sure it was a 'bag' lol

Archos = no messing about with I-tunes. Archos just uses simple drag and drop so you plug the USB into your computer and it sees it as a drive and then you just drag whatever file you want to it. It's unfussy about file formats too.
