Don't Buy a watch from this channel

Oh dear I should have listened. I bought a watch for my husband in November 2014 and it has stopped working. It may be just the battery, but even so I do not expect a new watch to have a battery that only last two months when it cost £200 . If I take it to be fixed then I am letting them off the...

refunds now as credit to account and still not being processed!!!

They have been saying this from the start of their clearance, but I am afraid I don't believe them. I have watched occasionally, at different times of the day, and seen the same pieces come up time and again, in the same size and in different sizes and different coloured gold. I don't understand...

    Mega clearance sale

I think that they are also selling items that have been returned. The items are in all different sizes and are obviously creation pieces that have been returned.

    ITV Documentary 2nd September

I totally agree, it made me feel very uncomfortable to admit to being a customer.

    Does anyone know?

What a terrible shame to lose Alan. I remember him from the days of Rocks TV on the internet; and I bought loads from him then. I am glad that everyone feels the same as me and enjoy the male presenters, as they do a brilliant job and do not scream like the girls do. John Scott is so...

    The Don and Jerrilee Show......

I have to say that it does make me very suspicious when I am constantly told that something is very rare and I will never see it again. It feels very much like the hard sell. The jewellery does seem expensive but I could not resist the Australian black opal that they sold before Christmas. I...

    Bored,bored, bored

Hi Wireless ,I have to say that I totally agree, I very rarely watch them anymore for all the reasons you have given. I also watch Rocks and co and enjoy the lovely designs, but am reluctant to dip my toe in again with them ,due to their long delays on refunds.I have bought quite a lot from the...

    Refunds

I made my first purchase from Rocks and co during their sale. I returned the item immediatly as I did not like the item, it looked so much better on screen. They received the item on the 17th November and I am still waiting for my refund. After e-mailing them I was reminded that they have 30...

    Weekend chitchat.....

Like Glitterbug I also have GKVJ39 and the opal is wonderful. Although I would have liked more gold in it, I love the ring. I tried a few of the clusters but was not keen on them and sent them back, just personal taste. I paid £99.99 and got £30 back under the price pledge, so have more money to...

    How does it work?

Thanks very much Gemcherub, wasn't sure how it works at Rocks and co.

    How does it work?

I seem to be asking questions a lot lateley, but i have never bought from Rocks and co before and I have seen something on the web that I like. I know they do requests on the TV show, would it be a better price to do a request or do they sell for the same price on the web ? If I made a request...

    Ethiopian Opals

As I am desperate for some really nice opal jewellery I have a selection on its way. The two clusters because they have good gold weight, and two others. I really liked the one you chose Argey, but have that coming in a larger size for my middle finger and am worried it might be too big.

    Help me choose!

I definitely would choose the white one too, even though I like purple normally, the white one stands out for me.

    Is Jelly Opal really nice?

Hi Miss Magpie, I found item QJSV67 on the web after an auction but I do think they have had other pieces. If I might pick everyones brains again, I also found item RISV34 on the web too. It is boulder opal and looks really pretty, but is boulder opal less desirable, e.g. a doublet or a triplet?

    Is Jelly Opal really nice?

Thanks pearly Queen, I don't think I have ever seen a Mexican jelly opal although I do have a Mexican fire opal. I've never seen Ethiopian opal before, thats why I thought I would have a look when it's on Gems, although I have read about it and it sounds good. The only other opal I have is a...

    Is Jelly Opal really nice?

Thanks Meeshoo I really hope I can find something I like with really good colour play. I know they have Australian jelly opal at Gems tv, and I believe on friday at 7pm Sarah Bennett is selling Ethiopian opal, so will have a look at that too. I have in the past looked at opals at antique fairs...

    Is Jelly Opal really nice?

Can anyone help? I have been looking for some really colourful opal jewellery for ages. I noticed they had AAA jelly opal on gems tv yesterday, I missed it being shown live; does anyone own any and is it really colourful?
