I agree they need to make there returns policy crystal clear. I have never had any problems with returns,but then again i have never sent any beauty products back.

Aww!!! I like Simon & i have bought some of his lovely clothes over the last few years & had some lovely comments. I'm not too keen on his bags, but then again we all have different tastes. I do agree he could do to put on a bit of weight though.
