I've just ordered some things from their site taking advantage of the free p+p,( usually over 15€ to Spain)!1 For 1€ more, they had a blister of the new foundation so I chose the hydrating one to try.

I too have bought far lees this year than I used too. Main reason being the prohibitive p+p to Spain and having to wait over 3weeks for the item to arrive or not. If not, the hassle of the non receipt letter which finally they now email me. My new year resolution is to STOP buying bu not sure...

I have had this problem too but not with this video in particular. What I have found recently is that lots of videos are out of sync.

Th last time they did a similar offer I never received an email with the code. When I rang to enquire, they said it would be noted on my account. However the next time when I went to order I had a battle to get them to add the discount!

The foundation had pretty poor reviews on Q USA! I don't need any more foundation so will be good!!

This had dreadful reviews the last time it was a TSV. So much so, I cancelled my order!!

Just phoned Q, as in spite of asking for an exchange on a Mally set, (the medium colour was way too dark) and being assured they would put a note on my account, they have refunded me instead, and had neglected to refund the p+p, very crafty! Anyway all sorted now, and he told me the Mally TSV...

I wasn't going to buy anything but have fallen for the new Tarte palette, the Tarte quench lippie trio and the It TSV!

I live in Spain and lately my orders from Q are taking between 18 to 21 days to arrive. The postage charged for Spain is high and one would expect a quicker delivery.

My sister gave me a beautiful sandstone one with gold metal on August 24th, my birthday. I have worn it almost daily since and one of the gold bits had tarnished already. I know she must have paid a lot as she doesn't shop on Q.

They wanted almost 22 pounds to post 1 set to Spain so that was me out.
