Account problems

Is anyone else having problems accessing their account online? I keep getting incorrect account details supplied. I want to check my order status. I hope I'm not going to regret this!!! :sweat:

I've been logged in all morning, no problems at all - I was expecting the C/C account to crash with it being a craft day, but unlike usual, it's flying through the pages!

Are you over excited about your Flyflot order, if so, you might be pressing the wrong keys!

I may be marginally excited about the pseudo flots, but I'm still able to press the correct keys.( I hope!)
I'm now at great expense going to have to phone India and start shouting.

Great news it was sorted so quickly, have they moved the centre to the UK now?

Thanks Choppy. I phoned to place the order a couple of days ago and it was the India call centre I got through to. Maybe they have one here and one there!
