i was looking for a nice food grater for my mum so she doesnt have to grate cheese by hand & nearly cut herself & i was wondering what people think of things like this

Russell Hobbs Desire-Slice & Go 20342 Food Slicer Shredder Grater - 150 watts - (White)
http://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00IFQU3MQ/?tag=shoppingcom03-21

as ive seen that for £14.99 & was tempted but wanted some honest opions on similar things from people on here

I don't grate cheese I just chop it up so I have no suggestions but I read the reviews for the Russell Hobbs thingy and there were some bad 1 star reviews about the motor packing up

Have a look on eBay for a mouli grater, sometimes the old fashioned way is the best, and for grating cheese without grating your fingers, you can't beat a mouli.

You are quite right Pick a lily - the manual moulin was easy to use. The trouble with all of them is cleaning them after use.
