And .... sometimes when you're led to believe items are in stock - they're NOT!!! I have it on good authority that sometimes (as in the case of a recent Cricut show), the stock is with their suppliers, but they still tell you it's in stock and deduct it from your credit card. Then, as in my case, the goods are stuck in the middle of the Atlantic, they simply alter your delivery date on your net account, and add another month onto the anticipated delivery.:angry:
Needless to say, I contacted their CEX and the item was cancelled!
