So there you go, not only big brother but no sense of humour.

Out of interest, has anyone ever seen or asked for a copy of their community guidelines?

It's there on the page every time you write a review.

It says...

There's also a Terms of Use, which funnily enough I can't get to work!

Just a thought cos I had the same problem with mine. I hadn't realised that there is a little tab that has to be pulled out, can't remember exactly where it was now but took the top off and it was easy to see. After I'd done this they all worked perfectly!

If an item is broken when you get it then it's unfair to review it like that. You should get replacements from QVC.

If the item fails after it has been working then that would be justified

Sorry to disagree, but if I received an item and only 1 out of the 8 was working (assuming Murryuk had removed the tabs or whatever) I would want to warn others, there may have been an inherent fault in the product.

Surely the point of feedback is to give a fair and balanced view of the consumer's experience, not just to print the good?
