A phone number and email but they appear to never respond. A few years ago I got drawn in and bought one of their overpriced products. Used a few times and it failed. After a few unanswered emails I gave up. From what I have read this is the level of customer service they offer.

Apart from giving first names, these sisters don't give anything away on their website, except a phone number and email address to contact them. No registered address, so its not easy to check on them. Come on CC deerstalkers at the ready.
