Trying to buy stuff!

1) Saw this on TV yesterday around 1.30-2.00pm with Alan for what I remember as £39.

Tried to order on the web, but it came up at £54. Rang the 0800 number, was kept on hold for 3 minutes only to be told it was £54 on their system. I may have been wrong but don't think so.

Tried to get it auctioned but couldn't as it wasn't in the studio.

Have watched A LOT today but still haven't seen it to confirm I was right....

2) Saw Steve present this on TV:

Went on the web to order it, the price matched that on the telly but there is something wrong with the page & you can't actually put it in your basket

Have requested it most days since and each time I'm told it's not in the studio.

Don't need to see it, just don't want to pay £50 more than I need to. Don't they have Open the Vault days?

I appreciate that Rocks have a huge job on at the moment, what with a new channel, Christmas and Steve's courageous sailing for charity, so I don't want to moan but....

If an item comes up as out of the studio you could try asking in live help to see if they will get it put on for you as a request I have done this a few times sorry cant help with the other but the item you couldnt put in your basket again pop into live help they are usually very helpful worth a try good luck
