Does anyone know if it's possible to reply to posts on their forums, or do I need to open an account with them first?

If so, can I open an acc or is this restricted to US residents?

I have tried a few times myself. You do need an American or Canadian address and phone number it seems. I tried usually by big brother's address, email and phone number as he lives in Canada. It still wouldn't let me do it.

I would be interest if anyone has managed using a UK/European IPS?

I have using an American address without any difficulty.
