Madrids are good to try 1st or the ibiza unless you want more than 1 strap you could try the sydney? I am a 6 1/2 -7 and I always go for the 6 (39) as the 7 come up a bit too big on me. I would either order from QVC to try with the 30mbg or tkmaxx always seem to have some

Are you worried about length or width for the size cos you mentioned adjusting buckles? I'd try and get the length right so that the toe grip and foot arch are in the right place, other wise it will be uncomfy - is there anywhere near you that sells them so you could try them on first? My Madrids have buckles on them to adjust the top - they go down pretty small/tight.

My daughter has a wide foot and her Birkenstock size 7 are to long for me, but the width is an issue too (I had put them on the tightest buckle hole). I think I'll may have to try them at TKMax before I buy. I have found some really good prices in the sale at this site, although it doesn't tell you what the delivery charge is unless it's hiding somewhere.

Mine arrived today I ordered the purple ones! they are lovely can't wait for a bit of sun so I can wear them :1:
