God I'm nodding off at her voice, and is it me but has she not paused for breath through this current fashion outlet hour.

Why dosen't she do something about her hair ? Its awful. Looks dull,dry & uncared for & standing next to Kelly Van Gogh she looks a real mess. How she had the nerve to say this morning that if the hair isn't right you don't feel your best beats me. She needs to look in the mirror herself as a very poor advertisement for any hair products sold on QVC.:sad:

Shortly before Christmas she did smarten up her hair and it looked really nice. What's happened Carmel?
